It rained heavily three days ago. Today, 10th December 2014, dirty cementatious water is pouring out of a drain close to a building site with a deep excavation. The drain is at the corner of Wynne Avenue and Belmore Street.

Have the builders, Icon Constructions Australia, tapped into the stormwater drain and pumped the water on their site up to street level? I don’t know, but it has been reported to Burwood Council at 10am today.
