SEH provided engineering services for the City of Hastings’ downtown water main rehabilitation project. The project featured cured-in-place-pipe lining, a non-invasive water main rehabilitation method. This approach allowed the City to continue to host its weekend cruise-in events that draw hundreds of participants and spectators to the downtown area.
